It was double celebration in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, as identical twin sisters, Roselyn and Joycelyn Bernard, tied the knot with identical twin brothers, Victor and Vincent Obasi.

Joycelyn got married to Victor, while Roselyn got married to Vincent, making it a rare twin-to-twin union.

The twin sisters, who hail from Nung Efa Community in Obio Offot, Uyo, married the twin brothers from Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area of Abia State.

Their colourful traditional marriage ceremony was held at St. Mary's Primary School, Obio Offot, on Saturday, October 10, 2026. The event attracted a large crowd of family members, friends, well-wishers, and curious residents who came to witness the rare occasion.

The couples had earlier exchanged vows at the Peculiar Citizens Assembly Church in Uyo.

The brides, Roselyn and Joycelyn, share strikingly similar features - from facial looks and height to skin tone and smiles - making it difficult for many guests to tell them apart.

The grooms, Victor and Vincent, equally share identical looks, height and complexion, adding more glamour to the double wedding.

The double wedding has since become the talk of the community, with many describing it as a perfect match made in heaven.
